Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly write to writetocoolcraze@gmail.com before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please email us at writetocoolcraze@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. In the case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return from you.

Exchange / Replacement Policy:

• You must email a request to writetocoolcraze@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the exchange/replacement.

• There is no replacement / red for products without an unboxing video made on the same date as delivery. Only if the product is damaged or has an issue will a replacement be provided.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage.

• Customized products.

• Requests made after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

• Made-to-order products.
